Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Kinaxis Integration Specialist to join our team at Nilasu consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integrations in Kinaxis RapidResponse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in deep-dive business requirements discovery and design sessions to develop integrations in Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Perform integration configuration mapping, loading, transforming, and validating data.
  • Support data management and integration-related activities, including validation and testing of the solution.
  • Mentor and coach Product development and support team members.
  • Work as a senior member of the support critical functions post-production deployment.
  • Manage incidents, including error monitoring and triage.
  • Administer Standard Service Management, Security, and Application Configuration.
  • Monitor Performance, Database Connectivity Issues, and Data Reprocessing.
  • Develop Knowledge Management, User Training, and Functional Support.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a global ERP Systems environment or IT.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production planning, demand management, or business software development/consulting.
  • 4+ years of hands-on coding experience developing solutions, configuration, testing, support, administration, and development within RapidResponse for enterprise organizations.
  • Experience working in development teams to test and deliver solutions.
  • Working experience with onsite and offshore delivery models.
  • Good background in Supply Chain engineering concepts and understanding of statistical forecasting, inventory management, MRP, scheduling, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP systems and Supply Chain industry.
  • Technical skills such as SQL, Java Script, Visual Basic .NET, HTML, XML, and RapidResponse.
  • Database development and understanding of RR data module and process for data import and export capabilities/interfaces with RR external systems.
  • Experience with manufacturing planning solutions such as Kinaxis, SAP, JDA, etc.
