Job Opportunity

This position offers a unique chance to create impactful social media campaigns that drive business objectives and engage target audiences. As the Planning & Strategy Director, you will be responsible for leveraging social platforms as broadcast or narrowcast media to design engaging experiences through insights, technologies, and expertise.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the client servicing team to continuously improve strategy direction and recommended programs and tactics. They will analyze category, competition, consumer, culture, and brand insights to create unique and differentiated campaign strategies.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform campaign strategy.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive business objectives and engage target audiences.
  • Create compelling visual presentations to communicate campaign strategies and results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaign plans.
Key Skills and Competencies

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A post-graduate degree and around 7 years of experience in brand planning, social media, and/or digital campaign management.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect business requirements to strategy solutions.
  • Research and data analytical skills to generate data-based insights.
  • A passion for fast-evolving social/digital media environment with a strong point of view.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
