Project Manager Operations

DN is seeking a seasoned Project Manager Operations to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. As a key player in our organization, you will oversee a variety of Site Reliability operations projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Site Reliability team to manage and coordinate team projects, ensuring seamless execution and effective resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and track SaaS customer lifecycle events, such as migrations, deployments, and upgrades, to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with technical subject matter experts to deliver customer platforms as per requirements, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results.
  • Act as an escalation point for the SRE team in India, providing timely support and guidance to resolve complex issues.
  • Mitigate project risks to ensure timely fulfillment of project deliverables, maintaining a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Contribute to the management of pre-defined checklists and project plans, ensuring effective project management and resource allocation.
  • Manage team projects and tasks through Salesforce and Jira ticketing systems, ensuring efficient project execution and communication.
  • Prepare for and attend project meetings as needed, updating Slack and Teams channels with meeting notes and action items.
  • Optimize performance by allocating resources effectively and redistributing tasks as needed.
  • Prepare service usage and error dashboards to provide insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Able to work occasional off-hours for planned maintenance or unplanned emergencies, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Work on special projects as assigned, demonstrating a willingness to take on new challenges and contribute to the organization's growth.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of successful project management or equivalent experience, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Exposure to Agile project management practices is a plus, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in high-stress situations.
  • Experience with technologies like Jira, Salesforce, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team on multiple engagements/projects, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, and ticketing systems like Salesforce is highly desirable, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive project success.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and project management excellence.
