We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and development of complex RF subsystems and components.
About This Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and Developing Complex RF Subsystems: Design and develop complex RF subsystems and components for delivery systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Mechanical, Electrical, Process engineering etc to develop specification, validations, customise OEM RF components.
- R&D Efforts: Contribute to R&D efforts for future roadmaps of products and tech; data collection, analysis and assessment to improve system designs.
- Testing and Validation: Perform hands-on testing and validation; characterisation of performance of electrical, electronics and eletro-mechanical systems.
- Documentation: Prepare high-quality reports & documentations (in form of presentations, documents) to for clear communication of design intent, analysis, and outcomes to cross-functional and diverse audience during design reviews.
About You:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in RF design and development.
- Experience in working on design matching or filter design.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
