We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and has a strong desire to grow their career.

About the Role

This role involves performing end-to-end processes within financial accounting, ensuring that global and local accounting standards and policies are executed in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with senior members of the wider finance department within IG entities to enhance financial procedures and streamline processes.

  • Prepare management and financial accounts along with review and oversight of the monthly results for IG entities
  • Performing calculation, review and approval of accounting entries
  • Ensure revenue and expenses are accurately recorded
  • Management and coordination of indirect and operational tax related activities if required

Main Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for preparing management and financial accounts, reviewing and overseeing the monthly results for IG entities, performing calculations, reviews, and approvals of accounting entries, ensuring revenue and expenses are accurately recorded, and managing and coordinating indirect and operational tax-related activities if required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a finance role, a good understanding of financial processes, financial statements, and risks related to balance sheet positions, advanced MS Excel skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and good analytical skills, excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and organization.
