A prominent role that entails independently handling assignments and managing client relationships with prior experience in taxation law.

Thorough approach involving an in-depth understanding of client needs, legal intricacies, and a practical mindset in handling assignments.

Leading and developing teams with a focus on efficient time management and effective assignment execution.

Knowledge of case laws and relevant legal frameworks with a good understanding of regulatory updates and their impact.

Good command over English with drafting skills including creating updates on the latest trends to the team.

Ability to conduct quick research for theoretical understanding of laws and acts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling engagements related to Indirect Tax Laws,
2. Drafting opinions, replies to show cause notices, appeals, writ petitions, special leave petitions, and briefing counsel.
3. Experience in GST laws and core experience must include handling of GST advisory and litigation matters.
