Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to join our team at Wilco Source Technologies Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on omni-channel engagement and customer experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client needs
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users
  • Manage projects to scope, budget, and timeline expectations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience with Apex (Triggers, Classes, and Batch Classes) & Visualforce pages
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Interface: Lightning/Flexi Page, Lightning Component (AURA), Lightning Web Component, Knowledge of Lightning System
  • Experience implementing Salesforce with other applications using API's (SOAP/REST/BULK/.).
  • Declarative development: Flows, Process Builder and Workflows
  • Experience in Velocity card UI framework and Architecture (Digital and Service Layer)
  • Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Omni studio (Omni script, Data raptor, Flex Card, Integration Procedure) is highly desired.

Salary:

Estimated salary range: ₹12-20 Lakhs per annum based on location and experience.

Location:

This role can be based in Chennai/Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Noida/ Gurugram.
