Business Development Data Specialist

Role Overview:
The role of Assistant Vice President (C12) in the Analytics team presents a unique opportunity to drive business growth through data-driven insights. As a key member of the TTS Analytics team, you will work on multiple analyses throughout the year to address complex business problems across the client life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data analytical approaches to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Work with various data sources, including client profiles, engagement data, transactions, revenue data, digital information, and unstructured data such as call transcripts.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: A Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of experience in data analytics or a Master's degree with 6-10 years of experience in data analytics or a PhD.
- Proven marketing analytics expertise with a strong understanding of sales, marketing strategy optimization, pricing optimization, client experience, cross-sell, and retention.
- Strong analytical skills, enabling you to break down complex business problems into manageable parts and develop effective analytical approaches to tackle them.
- Ability to translate business challenges into analytical tasks and convert analytical findings into actionable business insights.
