We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Lead to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and configuration of software systems. This includes managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate and manage teams to perform effectively.
  • Make key decisions that align with strategic goals.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Foster knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must have skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for SAP systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Your day will involve applying your extensive knowledge of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that all software solutions meet the required standards and expectations.
