We're seeking a visionary Data Engineer to propel key features for our Enterprise Risk Platform, empowering customers to measure, communicate, and eliminate cyber risks.

As part of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for prototyping, designing, developing, and supporting a highly scalable, distributed SaaS-based Security Risk Prioritization product.

This is an opportunity to be part of a team building a next-generation platform using Big Data & Micro-Services technology to process billions of transactions per day, leverage open-source technologies, and work on challenging business-impacting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive thought leadership in data platforms and pipelines along with risk evaluation.
  • Provide technical direction to the engineering organization on data platform design, roll-out, and evolution.
  • Liaise with product teams, professional services, and sales engineers on solution and trade-off reviews, representing engineering in conversations.
  • Lead technology explorations and roadmaps.
  • Serve as a technical lead on cross-functional departments.
  • Ensure the quality of architecture and design of systems.
  • Decompose complex problems into simple solutions.
  • Understand system interdependencies and limitations.
  • Possess expert knowledge in performance, scalability, enterprise system architecture, and engineering best practices.
  • Research and benchmark cloud technology against industry standards.
  • Document requirements for developers.
  • Assist developers with proper requirements and directions.
  • Assist in career development and mentor others on advanced technical issues.
  • Share deep knowledge and experience to increase productivity and effectiveness across teams.
