Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing overall recruiting strategies, developing and updating job descriptions and specifications, and performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have proven work experience as a Recruiter, solid ability to conduct different types of interviews, and familiarity with Workday software. Recruitment experience from the Semiconductor/EDA industry is highly preferred.

The role involves sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, and other tools, screening resumes and job applications, conducting interviews, and making informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
