Service Operations Lead

  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality service to customers requiring press part tooling.
  • Ensure timely execution of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively resolve customer complaints through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Cross-functional coordination with departments for seamless service delivery.
  • Mentor and guide service engineers and technicians to enhance their performance.
  • Maintain compliance with pharma engineering standards and safety protocols.
  • Accurately document service activities and performance reports for informed decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction through data analysis and process optimization.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in Pharma Engineering / Tooling industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills for effective collaboration and motivation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and technical support capabilities for resolving complex issues.
  • Experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance for maintaining a secure environment.
  • Effective communication and customer relationship skills for building trust and loyalty.
