**Responsibilities:**

  • Trend Research & Design Development: Stay up-to-date with global fashion trends and develop new ideas for Western wear collections.
  • Sketching & CAD Design: Develop mood boards, sketches, and CAD designs for new collections, ensuring they align with our brand's aesthetic.
  • Fabric & Material Selection: Work closely with vendors to source high-quality fabrics and trims, meeting our quality standards.
  • Sample Development: Oversee pattern-making, draping, and prototype development, ensuring seamless execution from design to final production.
  • Production Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of samples and production, collaborating with our sampling and production teams.
  • Fitting & Styling: Conduct fittings and make necessary modifications to achieve the perfect fit and style.
  • Market & Consumer Analysis: Understand customer preferences and create designs that meet our target audience's needs.

**Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in designing Western Wear for a reputable fashion brand.
  • Strong knowledge of fabric selection, garment construction, and production processes.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or other design software.
  • Experience in draping, pattern-making, and technical specifications.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with attention to color, details, and silhouettes.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced fashion environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team.
