Job Title: Plant Head

Job Overview:

Leadership and Production Planning

Our organization seeks a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Plant Head. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing production plans that ensure timely manufacturing and adherence to established production standards.

  • Regularly conduct daily morning meetings with the team to discuss objectives and challenges.
  • Closely monitor powder coating surface area and shop floor activity to optimize production efficiency.
  • Track and reduce daily rejection rates to minimize waste and enhance product quality.
  • Oversee plant maintenance activities to guarantee a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Coordinate timely documentation delivery to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven managerial experience in manufacturing, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality control measures to drive continuous improvement.

Position Requirements:

  • Full-time position with a permanent contract.
  • Experience working in a similar role for at least 1 year.
