General Ledger Manager

Maintain high-quality and efficient General Ledger processes, ensuring seamless service delivery as per agreed service levels. Develop and implement functional delivery plans to drive team performance and process improvements.
About the Position:
- Manage and lead a team of professionals in the General Ledger function.
- Recruit staff with the help of HR and coordinate stakeholders engaged in the function.
- Develop and maintain a functional delivery plan.
- Record and manage process / functional issues and escalate wherever necessary.
- Resolve cross-functional issues.
- Monitor team progress and performance.
- Provide status reports to management.
- Liaison with finance and operations teams.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced Accounting professional with excellent leadership skills and strong technical knowledge to lead our General Ledger team. Key qualifications include:
- 12-15 years of experience in accounting and financial systems.
- M.com/MBA/CA Inter/CMA Inter degree or equivalent qualification.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Applications (desirable) in R2R or other Financial ERP.
