Interior Design Career Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced interior designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality interior designs that meet the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Concept Development: Develop and execute interior design concepts aligned with brand identity, project vision, and market trends.
  • Project Coordination and Vendor Management: Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Material Selection and Management: Select and manage materials, finishes, and FF&E within defined timelines.
  • Design Trends and Innovation: Stay updated with design trends to drive innovation and enhance project value.

About the Role:

As an in-house interior designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interiors across residential and commercial projects. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing club houses, sample flats, sales offices, common areas, and amenity spaces in line with brand aesthetics and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in interior design or architecture
  • Education: Degree in Interior Design/Architecture
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software, strong design sensibility, project management skills, and real estate experience
