Technical Writer Intern

This role is ideal for individuals who excel in conveying complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer Intern to join our Product team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing content for our global Self-service clientele. Our portfolio includes leading brands across various industries.

  • You will create engaging help center and training materials, including interactive guides and in-product support.
  • Ensure the quality of documentation and ease of understanding of the content.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging content trends and technologies, with a focus on leveraging AI to enhance content generation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build high-quality content for our global Self-service clientele.
  • Create engaging help center and training materials.
  • Own the quality of documentation and ensure ease of understanding.
  • Stay current with emerging content trends and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Ability to research, write, and create content on technical topics.
  • Adept at adding/editing multimedia elements to enhance user understanding.
  • Proficient in working with Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel sheets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in technical writing for B2B products.
  • Must possess a degree in Mass Communication, Visual Communications, or English Literature.
