Lead Generative AI Developer

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and drive innovation in the field of generative AI.

  • We are seeking a skilled Lead Generative AI Developer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative generative AI models that drive business value. You will also be expected to fine-tune pre-trained LLMs for specific tasks and domains, conduct research and development to improve the performance and capabilities of generative AI models, apply software engineering rigor to ensure pipelines adhere to industry best practices, evaluate and analyze model performance, and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Generative AI Models: Utilize techniques like RAG, transformers, and other relevant approaches to create innovative generative AI models.
  • Fine-Tune Pre-Trained LLMs: Adapt pre-trained Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific tasks and domains.
  • Conduct Research and Development: Stay at the forefront of generative AI research and explore new techniques to improve performance and capabilities.
  • Apply Software Engineering Rigor: Ensure machine learning/generative AI pipelines adhere to industry best practices.
  • Evaluate and Analyze Model Performance: Critically evaluate and analyze the performance of ML/generative AI models.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Advancements: Continuously update knowledge on the latest advancements in generative AI research.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in generative AI or related fields.
  • Proven experience in building data pipelines, deploying ML/GenAI models in production, and monitoring their performance.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building generative models.
  • Extensive experience with Git, Docker, and a good understanding of Linux for managing servers.
  • Experience with cloud-based ecosystems, especially AWS ML/GenAI services.
  • Exposure to ML/GenAI frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Methodical and meticulous towards work and planning.
