Excel Analysis Specialist

About the Role

This role is for a detail-oriented individual to provide advanced Excel analysis and reporting support. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data analysis and create reports using advanced Excel functions.
  • Develop charts, pivot tables, and dashboards for business insights.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure timely execution of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of direct customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excel Expertise: Strong knowledge of formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), Pivot Tables, Charts, and text manipulation.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to exceed expectations.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on research.
  • Proactive in follow-ups and ensuring timely resolution.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with 100% accuracy.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with proper grammar and spelling.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
