We are seeking a Senior Trader with 5–10+ years of experience in institutional equities, specializing in arbitrage, derivatives execution, and FII engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trade Execution: Accurately execute trades in Equity and Future & Options (F&O) Segments with precision and timeliness. Utilize various ALGO strategies such as CD Orders, VWAP Orders, Volume Participation, Basket Orders, Blocks, F&O Directional & Spread Trades, and Arbitrage.
  • Algorithm Development: Contribute to developing and refining in-house Algorithms to optimize trading performance.
  • Market Expertise: Possess expertise in using other Algorithms in the market to stay ahead of competition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the back-office team to ensure smooth and timely trade settlement process.
  • Client Management: Manage and execute equity and derivatives trades for FII, hedge fund, and long-only clients.
  • Market Advisory: Advise institutional clients on market flows, trends, liquidity, and trade execution strategies.
  • Idea Generation: Source trade ideas, contribute to block deals, and drive idea-based trading.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to SEBI and exchange guidelines.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior dealers and support internal trading efficiency.
