About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Business Continuity Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data administration of India Business Continuity plans in the Archer/Riskonnect, collaborating with support functions to update headcount and phone numbers in the Emergency Notification System, working with cross-functional teams to get employee geographic locations, supporting Enterprise Business Resilience Program with data governance and generating scheduled reports, contributing to the Business Resilience Office by developing and maintaining Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans, collaborating with multiple business functions and contributing to large-scale strategic initiatives, providing support to Plan Owners and Business Continuity Manager during events, and being available on call as per the rotation followed by the team and at the time of event.

Responsibilities

  • Manage data administration of India Business Continuity plans in the Archer/Riskonnect
  • Collaborate with support functions to get headcount and update it in the Emergency Notification System with phone numbers
  • Work with cross-functional teams and sometimes reach out to employees to get their geographic location to monitor global workforce concentration
  • Support Enterprise Business Resilience Program with data governance and generating scheduled reports
  • Contribute to the Business Resilience Office by working independently with business functions to develop and maintain Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans according to corporate requirements
  • Collaborate with multiple business functions and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives
  • Provide support to Plan Owners and Business Continuity Manager during events
  • Be available on call as per the rotation followed by the team and at the time of event

Requirements

">
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain effectiveness under pressure and aggressive time constraints
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills for facilitation, documentation, and reporting
  • Able to work 'on-call' duties in support of incidents or events occurring outside business hours
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Riskonnect, Everbridge is advantageous

Experience

">
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in managing Business Continuity Planning or Program Management Office or internal reporting teams
  • BCP certification is desirable
