We are seeking a Motion Graphic Designer with proven experience in creating engaging animations and video assets, ideally within the real estate industry. This is a remote role for candidates who will be working closely with our creative and content teams.

Your role will focus on producing scroll-stopping, brand-aligned motion content for social media, digital campaigns, and property marketing - striking the right balance between creative flair and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for social media platforms.

• Develop dynamic video content for agent branding and marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.

• Bring static designs to life with engaging transitions, animations, and effects.

• Adapt and optimize animations for different platforms and formats.

• Stay updated with motion design trends while maintaining professionalism.

• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in motion design with a portfolio of animated social media content and marketing videos.

• Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools.

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for integration with animation workflows.

• Ability to blend creativity with professionalism.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
