Job Opportunity for Program Manager and Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager and Supervisor to join our team in Hyderabad, India. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage international BPO operations, including chat and voice processes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Team Lead in international operations and possess excellent leadership skills. They should be able to work effectively in a rotational shift environment and provide two-way transportation.

The successful candidate will also have:

  • A degree in any field
  • Experience in customer service, preferably with calls and chats
  • A strong understanding of software products and turnkey project management

Benefits include:

  • A contract duration of 6 months
  • A maximum CTC of up to 7 LPA
  • 5 days of working per week
