Content Creator Job Description

We seek a creative professional to own the entire creative process, brainstorming fresh, impactful ideas and turning them into polished, engaging content for social media channels.

  • Conceptualize original content ideas that align with political and social messaging.
  • Design and produce high-quality, visually compelling graphics and short-form videos using design tools like Canva and mobile-first video editing apps.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends to ensure posts are timely, relevant, and shareable.
  • Adapt and resize content for different social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all content is factually accurate and aligned with campaign objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative work in creating engaging graphics and/or short-form videos for social media.
  • High proficiency in Canva or similar tools, able to create impressive designs quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience with mobile video editing apps for creating sharp, fast-paced Reels and Shorts.
  • An intuitive understanding of what type of content works and why on different social media platforms.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and turn around high-quality content on short notice.
  • A keen interest in and good understanding of Indian politics and current affairs.
