We are seeking an experienced Wealth Manager to lead and manage a team of high-performing professionals across assigned locations.
Job Description:Lead and mentor a team of Wealth Managers to achieve business targets by driving targeted acquisition strategies for High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs).
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tailor-made wealth management solutions across asset classes including Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Bonds, Insurance, and Alternate Investments.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/CFP/CFA preferred).
- 10-12 years of experience in wealth management/private banking, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role.
- Minimum Assets Under Management (AUM) book of ₹75-100 Cr (across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF).
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of growing assets under management.
