About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Finance Analyst to support Payroll Accounting. The ideal candidate will have experience in month-end activities, including general ledger account reconciliations, reporting, and balance sheet account analysis. They will also be responsible for reviewing Flux analysis for all P&L and Balance sheet accounts and sharing their findings with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Review and support month-end activities, including closing of general ledger account reconciliations, reporting, and balance sheet account analysis.
- Review and support month-end Flux analysis for all P&L and Balance sheet accounts and share findings with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a proficient level of professional skill and knowledge in accounting and apply this in-depth knowledge to recognize complex issues and develop resolutions.
- Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls are in place and documented.
- Responsible for reviewing Balance sheet reconciliations and highlighting issues for necessary action.
- Interact and work closely with auditors on audit-related queries to ensure smooth completion of audits.
- Responsible for GRC compliance, internal control, and aligning improvements/changes with stakeholders.
- Lead and support new business/system launches, including UAT of accounting entries and financial reporting.
