Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Demand/Supply Planner. This position is a key contributor to our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building and maintaining accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights. They will lead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions.

  • Develop and implement robust demand forecasting strategies to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supply and demand plans
  • Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identifying areas for improvement
  • Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory
  • Utilize ERP systems and planning tools to create data-driven plans

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
