Finance Content Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled professional to create high-quality training content for finance training programs designed specifically for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content that meets the specific needs of our clients, follows industry trends, and adheres to our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop educational content for Financial & Business Skills programs.
  • Create assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Maintain and update our repository of content.
  • Update the Learning Management System (LMS) with new content.
  • Review content from other team members and freelance developers.
  • Support the design and creation of client proposals and training outlines.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to format content in required templates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics is required.
  • Candidates must have one of the following certifications: MBA (finance), CA, CA (intermediate), ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent degrees.
  • Excellent presentation skills – written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
