Job Title: Autonomous AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced autonomous AI engineer to join our fast-paced team. As an autonomous AI engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge agentic systems powered by generative AI.

About the Role

In this role, you will work on building a platform to develop, test, and deploy intelligent agents - combining generative AI, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and multimodal intelligence. You will collaborate across engineering, research, and product teams to prototype and productionize novel AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build autonomous agentic systems for real-world tasks.
  • Work with large language models (LLMs), reinforcement learning frameworks, and simulation environments.
  • Develop scalable platforms and infrastructure to support agent development and deployment.
  • Collaborate across teams to prototype and productionize novel AI capabilities.
  • Integrate multimodal inputs (text, vision, speech) into agent workflows.
  • Optimize AI models for edge deployment and resource-constrained environments.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
  • Proven experience building agentic or autonomous AI systems.
  • Deep understanding of generative AI (LLMs like GPT, Claude, LLaMA), reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems.
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, etc.
  • Experience working with simulation environments for agent training and testing.
  • Familiarity with NLP and computer vision, especially for multimodal AI.
  • Exposure to Vision-Language Models (VLMs) and advanced multimodal architectures.
  • Knowledge of deploying AI models on edge devices or in low-latency environments.
