We're seeking a talented Visual Designer to reimagine brands and products through innovative design solutions. As part of our specialized labs, you'll craft visually striking brand identities, immersive experiences, and packaging systems that spark emotional connection and deliver market impact.
You'll work with leading brands across the globe, blending creativity with strategy to translate brand purpose into impactful visuals and design packaging that balances functionality with shelf appeal.
- Brand Identity Design:
- Develop and refine visual identities, including logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines.
- Translate brand strategy into cohesive design systems across touchpoints.
- Packaging Design:
- Design packaging systems for FMCG, consumer appliances, and lifestyle brands.
- Create packaging that balances visual storytelling, category differentiation, and functional practicality.
- Work on structural packaging concepts in collaboration with industrial designers.
- Design Thinking and Creative Strategy:
- Apply design thinking methodologies to solve client challenges with empathy and innovation.
- Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and co-creation sprints with clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to design strategy presentations, mood boards, and concept pitches.
- Collaboration and Execution:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure holistic brand-to-product integration.
- Prepare production-ready artwork and liaise with vendors or printers for packaging execution.
- Stay updated with design trends, materials, printing innovations, and consumer insights.
