Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and design high-impact products utilizing CAD software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, and AutoCAD from concept to production release.
  • Forge effective collaborations with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, marketing, quality, and supply chain departments to ensure feasibility, cost, and functionality.
  • Oversee design reviews, capture feedback, and iteratively enhance performance and user value.
  • Generate detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, GD&T, BOMs, and manufacturing specifications.
  • Analyze product performance using simulation tools (FEA/CFD/motion), prototype, test, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Apply DFM/DFA and optimization techniques to improve manufacturability, reliability, and cost.
Requirements:
  • Remain up-to-date on materials, processes, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in CAD is mandatory; familiarity with simulation tools and design optimization methods across the product lifecycle is preferred.
  • Experience in heavy equipment manufacturing, heavy fabrication industry, or stone crushing equipment manufacturing industry is a plus.
