The successful candidate will have:

  • 6+ years of experience in collections management in B2C collections.", "

  • Proven track record in managing and reducing delinquent accounts.", "
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.", "
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.", "
  • In-depth knowledge of collections processes and regulations.", "
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.", "
  • Proficiency in collections software, CRM systems, and MS Office.", "
