Operations Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operations professional to join our team.

Job Description:

As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of customer service by handling customer requests and resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to payments, reconciliation, account maintenance, credit balance refunds, new card issuances, financial adjustments, and other queries for premium and high-value customers.
  • Transaction Management: Complete all transactions agreed with the customer and adhere to all timelines and deadlines set.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest process improvements or changes to achieve first contact resolution and ensure exceptional quality service is given at all times.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis of incoming correspondence to recommend changes in workflows, procedures, servicing levels, based on customer demands to meet their needs.
  • Written Communication: Handle all written customer enquiries, maintenance, and non-se disputes for customers in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office & Power Point, prior experience in U.K or Canada market, experience in handling payment, reconciliation, account maintenance, and credit bureau queries preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Good communication skills both written and oral, strong analytical skills & attention to detail, high level of customer sensitivity, commitment & service orientation, high result orientation, ability to take independent decisions & meet stringent deadlines.
