Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning processes, analyzing various expense to ensure alignment with targets
  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, provide actionable insights to management.
  • Monitor KPIs, support business units with performance analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
  • Lead long-term financial planning processes.
  • Oversee reporting processes ensuring robust internal controls on reporting accuracy;
  • Handle operational financial controls including revenue/sales growth, expense and margin management, financial goal tracking.
  • Work with business to better understand pipeline and impact on Forecast with support of the CRM.
  • Manage complex financial data.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to local Market Financial Director providing financial guidance to drive growth, efficiency, profitability.
  • Support business cases investment appraisals pricing strategies with robust financial modelling and analysis
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration aligning financial planning with commercial objectives.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Controller/financial planning & analysis controlling related roles.
  • Should be (CA/CMA/MBA/ACCA) with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification
  • A background in a large organization international environment preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills negotiating with various stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel Power BI knowledge an asset.
  • Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities.
