Business Intelligence Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and software development.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex data integration solutions using ETL processes, source-to-target mappings, and business rules. The successful candidate will be proficient in working with various data platforms, including Power BI, SSRS, and similar business intelligence tools.

  • Design and develop ETL processes to integrate data from various source systems into a business intelligence environment.
  • Define source-to-target mappings, business rules, and necessary data transformations.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, SSRS, or similar BI tools.
  • Maintain and enhance data quality through processes and tools.

The position also requires collaboration with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to analyze data to support business initiatives in revenue growth, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with SQL Server Databases.
