Project Manager Construction-Real Estate

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to establish clear project baselines, schedules, and reporting mechanisms. They will conduct thorough contract familiarization, review construction schedules, and develop site infrastructure requirements and budget costs.

- Participate in 3D model reviews and constructability studies.
- Coordinate engineering disciplines for BOQ/tendering and estimate costs.
- Set up site offices and infrastructure, monitor resource availability.
- Oversee billing schedules and progress reviews.
- Resolve technical and contractual site queries and manage documentation.
