Procurement Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting procurement solutions.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience working across end-to-end processes, with proven skills in integrating various systems using cloud-based technologies. This role requires deep knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage procurement implementation and rollout projects across multiple business units.
  • Work extensively on sourcing, contracts, supplier lifecycle & performance management, buying, and invoicing processes.
  • Configure and maintain integration with backend enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems using cloud integration gateway.
  • Design and implement supplier lifecycle management solutions, including creation of modular questionnaires, supplier onboarding processes, and certification workflows.
  • Develop and manage supplier performance management templates tailored to business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Create user documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support business users.
  • Ensure seamless integration between various systems, including sourcing, buying, invoicing, and ERP systems.
  • Configure and support external tax engines within the procurement environment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, addressing technical and business challenges effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7 to 12+ years of hands-on experience in procurement implementation and support.
  • Expertise in both upstream and downstream procurement processes.
  • Strong integration knowledge with ERP systems using cloud integration gateway.
  • Proven experience in supplier lifecycle & performance management, including supplier onboarding and legacy data management.
  • In-depth understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
  • Strong skills in template configuration, modular questionnaire design, and document/certificate management.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Good to Have:
  • Knowledge of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC).
  • Familiarity with SAP Concur.
  • Exposure to SAP Fieldglass.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and deliver high-quality results.
