Senior ABAP Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior ABAP Developer to join our dynamic SAP team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality custom developments in full lifecycle SAP implementations and support engagements, with deep knowledge of ABAP programming and exposure to Fiori apps.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Design, develop, test, and maintain custom ABAP solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments.
  2. Leverage Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP), BAdIs, BAPIs, user exits, and enhancement frameworks for solution development.
  3. Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  4. Support and optimize existing SAP applications and custom developments.
  5. Integrate and develop Fiori apps in coordination with the UI/UX team.
  6. Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning activities.
  7. Document all development work and maintain coding standards and best practices.
  8. Assist in resolving system issues and support tickets during hypercare and post-go-live phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in ABAP development, with at least 2 years in S/4HANA projects.
  2. Strong hands-on experience in:
    1. Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP)
    2. BAdIs, BAPIs, User Exits, Enhancements
    3. Data Dictionary Objects, SmartForms/Adobe Forms, ALV Reports
    4. Debugging and performance optimization techniques
    5. Working experience with Fiori app development and integration.
    6. Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and post-go-live support.
    7. Good understanding of SAP modules and cross-functional integration.
    8. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
    9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
