Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional with exceptional interpersonal and technical skills to lead and manage large-scale urban service delivery projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the subject matter, excellent project management and organizational abilities, and strong leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale urban service delivery projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient resource utilization and risk management.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Education and Qualification

Graduate in Engineering with Post-Graduation in Engineering/Management.

Professional Experience
  • Minimum 20 years of professional experience after post-graduation.
  • Extensive experience in program/project management of urban service delivery (Water Supply, Sewerage, Drainage, Solid Waste Management).
  • At least 5 years in leadership roles managing projects with a value of not less than 5000 Crores.
  • Preferred experience in managing large infrastructure development programs in the government sector.
