Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to drive the development and scaling of fintech platforms.

  • Develop comprehensive technology strategies, driving innovation and collaboration within a team of engineers.
  • Oversee end-to-end design, architecture, and development of fintech products and platforms.
  • Lead technical decision-making, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
  • Work closely with product, business, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product features while maintaining code quality and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability for future roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a lead/architect role.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and database design.
  • Experience with fintech, payments, lending platforms, or BFSI domain is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
