Backend Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Backend developer with strong API integration expertise and hands-on experience in PostgreSQL.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust backend services in Python.
  • Work extensively on API development, stitching, and integration with third-party services.
  • Create database models and optimize queries in PostgreSQL.
  • Collaborate with frontend teams and DevOps for seamless delivery.
  • Write unit and integration tests for developed features.

Essential Skills:

  • 5+ years of backend development experience using Python.
  • A solid understanding of API architecture and RESTful services.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, including advanced query writing and optimization.
  • Knowledge of API stitching and handling complex workflows.
  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
  • Experience with async programming in Python.
  • Exposure to message queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
