Job Title: Operations Team Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to oversee our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating with operators, managing purchase and sales invoices, and working extensively across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operations team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Travel extensively across the country for official purposes, requiring a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Work for extended periods of 9 hours, including late nights if required, to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business operations role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and software applications.
  • A graduate degree from a recognized institution.

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 20-25,000 per month, along with benefits such as PF/ESIC or medical coverage.

Working Hours:

This role requires the ability to work on Sundays and other non-traditional hours as needed.
