Job Title: Chartered Accountant - Family Office

 

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 15 years of experience in managing family office operations. The successful candidate will have extensive and relevant experience in handling financial statements, tax compliance, and corporate governance.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statements:
    • Prepare and finalize annual financial statements under Ind-AS and IGAAP
    • Ensure timely filing of financial statements and audit reports
  • Tax Compliance:
    • Oversee direct taxation, including advance tax, preparation, and filing of tax returns
    • Respond to enquiries and scrutiny notices from tax authorities
  • Corporate Governance:
    • Ensure compliances with all acts, rules, and regulations (Companies Act, Direct and Indirect Tax, FEMA, RBI Regulations)
    • Review and strengthen internal controls and systems
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Manage matters related to promoters and their family members
    • Prepare and review monthly MIS shared with management
    • Plan and execute fund movement between promoter entities
    • Perform quarterly analysis of Corporate Office expense vs AOP
