We are currently seeking highly skilled professionals with expertise in financial accounting and management.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion of monthly close tasks, including the submission of borrowing compliance and ratio analysis.
  • Analyze balance sheets, income statements, and accruals movements to provide valuable insights to top management.
  • Guide the preparation of monthly financial accounts in line with standard operating procedures and processes.
  • Prepare annual accounts and finalize accounts for group companies and the consolidated accounts.
  • Consolidate group companies' financial statements and maintain detailed cash flow analyses.
  • Assist in year-end books preparation for audit purposes and liaise with auditors to ensure operational compliance.
  • Implement internal control systems in the department and provide timely financial information to management.

Contribute to the formulation of systems, policies, and procedures aligned with company needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Well-organized individual with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with management and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage work with offshore teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, including task prioritization and deadline management.
  • Exhibits good judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptive to changes in the work setting and able to analyze financial data effectively.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-5 years of experience preferably from a Big 4 firm.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • Work experience in staffing & IT software companies is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional client service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively internally/externally.
