  • Lead the execution of best-practice product management techniques, including OKRs, discovery techniques, and roadmap definition.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Enterprise Integration Platform.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather internal/external customer feedback to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Analyze the competition, industry best practices, and market trends, then define and execute on strategies to be the market leader.
  • Define product requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
  • Drive product adoption and success through effective go-to-market strategies, product marketing initiatives, and customer engagement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers to drive product innovation and market leadership.
  • Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize product performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience managing small to mid-size teams.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing enterprise software products/platforms.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise integration technologies, including APIs, microservices, ETL, and data integration tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and drive results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, executives, and team members at all levels.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Healthcare Technology platforms in a Cloud-based and Software as a Service Environment.
  • Experience in healthcare supply chain automation models.
  • Superior communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Superior cross-functional skills across customers, sales, marketing, operations, development, and suppliers.
