Job Title: Lead Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Overview of the Role:

We seek an experienced Lead AI Engineer to spearhead data-driven initiatives, perform advanced exploratory data analysis, and build scalable machine learning models.

Main Responsibilities:

  • 8-10 years of experience in leading design and development of advanced ML and Generative AI models.
  • Drive end-to-end AI projects from data preparation to deployment.
  • Apply LLMs, transformers, and other GenAI techniques to business problems.
  • Guide junior engineers in technical delivery.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed models.
  • Stay current with GenAI advancements and evaluate adoption for the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.
  • Deep expertise in NLP, LLM fine-tuning, transformers, and GenAI frameworks.
  • Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, feature engineering, and large-scale data handling.
  • Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
