The Role:

We are seeking a Digital & Anti-Fraud Sales Specialist to drive digital solutions and anti-fraud sales in large accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital and fraud risk landscapes, with experience in selling or implementing technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish connections with key decision-makers and engage with risk, fraud, analytics, business, digital, and technology heads across banks and lending institutions.
  • Drive anti-fraud and digital solutions business with increasing adoption of existing solutions and executing new product penetration.
  • Understand existing digital and fraud risk landscapes, competition benchmarking, and define relevant use cases addressing emerging concerns.
  • Understand existing workflows of financial institutes, identify gaps, and drive value-based selling.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of TransUnion's products and solutions.
  • Liaison across functions such as ISG, Products, Operations & IT to ensure delivery and implementation of solutions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration/Analytics/Product Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Executive presence and assertiveness.
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations, and exercise judgment in various situations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, verbal, and written skills.
  • High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination, and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
  • Exposure or experience in selling or implementation of technology solutions/projects.
  • Tactful selling skills along with a consultative approach and analytical bent of mind.
  • Good understanding of technology and analytics use cases in BFSI space.
  • Result-oriented and ability to deliver under strict timelines.
  • Sound working knowledge of office automation software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint with exceptional presentation skills.

This is a hybrid position, and the job responsibilities will be performed virtually and in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
