Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead our quality assurance and reliability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, quality management, and analytical skills. Your primary responsibility will be to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and reduce product returns.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Lead root cause analysis investigations to determine the underlying causes of quality defects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing quality management or related field; Minimum 3-6 years of experience in BE
- Proven track record of improving OEE and reducing product returns
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
