  • Be conversant with plumbing, electrical, firefighting, and HVAC works at both building and infrastructure levels.
  • Coordinate with civil team members and resolve interface issues.
  • Be aware of municipal bylaws and their implications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in MEP projects.
  • Real estate background with exposure to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works.
  • Education: Mechanical Engineering.

Expectations:

  • Should have experience in high-rise structures with aluminum shuttering.
  • Should be conversant with all codal provisions and norms pertaining to MEP.
