Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating innovative and effective visual solutions that align with our business objectives.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to discuss project requirements and develop concepts that meet their needs. Your expertise in visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography will be essential in creating designs that engage and inspire our audience.

In this role, you will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies in design and advertising, including AI tools like MIdjourney and FireFly. You will collaborate with a team of designers, copywriters, photographers, and other creatives to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop project concepts and designs.
  • Create innovative and effective visual solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.
  • Collaborate with a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Provide constructive feedback to junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent design and artistic abilities.
  • Knowledge of additional software such as After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, and Blender.
  • Experience with AI integration in design work.
  • Great time management and teamwork skills.
